[AA] Railguns (CE only)

This mod introduces five electromagnetic weapons that trade gunpowder for capacitor banks: a 6mm rail assault rifle for practical infantry use, and 6mm/8mm rail machine guns for when conventional armor needs to stop being conventional, or even armor. Superior penetration and range come with predictable costs - weight, research requirements, and a certain disregard for your colonists' shoulders. [b]Combat Extended required.[/b] Updates: Added a 6mm PDW and 8mm DMR. Overhauled textures. I've retained the old ones in the mod, you can swap between them by renaming the images, by default it'll be a bit closer to the vanilla style. To do: I forgot to shrink down the new textures back down to 512x512. Perhaps resize the sprites if they're looking too large. I literally have only made this one mod so far, and I don't play vanilla. [b]OP?[/b] Maybe. Consider this a less fussy alternative to charged weapons, and I think railguns are just way cooler. [b]Updates?[/b] Perhaps a balance sweep on the research requirements. Right now, they're unlocked with precision rifling, except for the DMR and PDW, since I used the right tags for once.
