Adds a mod settings menu that allows you to configure certain aspects of the worksite quest.
Features
- Configure minimum and maximum spawn distance for worksites
- Configure biome worksite selection weights
- Enable relaxed spawning conditions allowing worksites to spawn in biomes where they normally wouldn't
