A simple 4-axle goods van originally designed by the GSIR in 1917. They were slowly phased out of service once bulk goods started being handled by container flats more frequently after the formation of the SRFB.

- Air brakes (operated from locomotive)
- Handbrake
- EOT Lights
- Battery may need to be periodically recharged through coupling connection with locomotive.
- Wagon number can be set using keypad on either side.
