Ratkin Underground+ CE Patch
This patch provides full Combat Extended compatibility for Ratkin Underground+.
The vast majority of weapons are modeled after real-world prototypes, with stats fine-tuned from CE's official data to accommodate the small bodysize of ratkin and close-quarters combat requirements.
