Changes:
Picks up modded fish and fish products! Prints a message on success, fish with no mining results, and no fish
provides fish products every 20 seconds (original mod had 1 raw-fish every 4 seconds, == 5 raw-fish every 20 seconds)
Migrates existing aquafarms on_init, should preserve aquafarms where a mod fish becomes invalid when mods are changed (it won't convert to raw-fish or be lost. As long as the aquafarm entity is valid, it can be migrated... with extra code)
Might add settings for pollution, fishing rate / product configuration, etc.
