New walls

• Adds 4 new types of walls
• They unlock gradually. 1. on steel and foundation walls. 2. in the crude oil stage. And 3-4. in the uranium phase
  

Content

• T1 = Steel (steel stage)
• T2 = Structured (crude oil stage)
• T3 = Uranium (uranium stage)
• T4 = Enriched Uranium (rocket stage), ultimate wall that also has reflect damage
  

Configurations

• Health (default scaling by tier = 2000, 6000, 14000, 30000). If it seems OP to you, then change it
• Resistances multiplier (defaults to the base game object and each tier increases slightly)
• Complexity of recipes and research (multiplier of required science packs and crafting materials)
• Reflect damage for T4 walls (can also be disabled)
