Provides two artillery tools (each with their own tech unlock).
The first is an area selection tool for targeting artillery bombardment of an area.
Select an area to target (you must have artillery with ammo in range, just like a normal remote). Shift-select to remove existing artillery targets (though shells that have already fired can't be cancelled).
The smart remote, with extremely expensive technology, will waste less ammo: it targets one shot at the center of every biter structure in the selected area.
