Quick and dirty upscale of the planet sprites using Topaz Gigapixel with some manual tweaking intended to be used with the Visible Planets mod as the current alternatives take a few too many creative liberties by my taste (Gleba should at least always have its pentapod crater).
It won't be perfect but it stays true to the original sprite, it's just a bit sharper.
