Mod for extending functional of MSUE(Milira SolarFuel Unofficial Extended)，allow gravship to use Solarfuel.

Mod function：
- Allow Gravship to fly using solar fuel
- dded a new fuel tank, can be connected to Solarfuel Pipenet
- Configurable fuel heat value（Default 1Solarfuel=10Chemfuel）
- Configurable launch cooldown reduction when launching with Solarfuel（Default 90% reduction with 100% use of solarfuel）
- Solarfuel only mode / Hybrid mode with configurable priorities
Art assets now inheriting parent mod（MSUE）
