Layers: Capes and Armor Cape Freedom
Removes the fitted cape requirement from any supported power armor. (Which includes the original mod's compats!!)
Why? Because I said so. I JUST WANT TO WEAR MY THRUMBOFUR PARKAS WITH CATAPHRACT ARMOR IN PEACE, OKAY? >:( Dont want to get my colonists cold..
Oh, and if you want to fully remove the fitted capes, just get cherry picker! I'm unable to replicate that quality of def removal anyway... :/
Also fixes armor layers to not overlap the various capes and coats.
Compatible with original mod's compats + prestige specialist armour (Yes, british) and prestige mechlord armor.
