This is just a quick and dirty fix for a bug I experienced in the forked version of Dectorio. It changes the military science pack recipe to use stone walls added by Dectorio, and also adds a new recipe to convert vanilla walls to Dectorio Stone Walls, so that you can install Dectorio mid-playthrough.
