Made quality transformers produce quality fuel. Also changed default settings for fuel values to 120% acceleration 110% speed to make quality matter.
Transformer may now power all locomotives in the same train (+10% power consumption for each locomotive)
Known issue: mining a vehicle with transformer, then placing vehicle back may occasionaly make transformer stop working. Reinsert the transformer in the vehicle grid to fix the issue.
