Adds two additional quality tiers Artifact and Mythic. Artifact is level 7 and Mythic is 10 so things don't get insanely out of hand. Mythic gives a +300% increase to stats so faster forms of transport are recommended as base game belts, trains and bots will not be able to keep up.
