Interorbital Radar Signal
- Radars on space platform will wirelessly join planet's radar network when docked at a planet, and leave the network when space platform departs.
- No additional research / recipe / item included.
- Same as the vanilla behaviour, rader needs to be fully powered in order to transmit/receive signal, and there is no delay in signal transmission.
- Multiple space platforms dock at the same planet will join the same planet network; as the result, they are indirectly connected and can see each other's signal.
- Very lightweight, almost zero performance impact.
