Channel 21 (destination) is a number, which represents the following locations:
1 = BVG Freight Terminal
2 = Spycakes Freight Terminal
3 = Camodo Freight Terminal
4 = Sawyer North Freight Terminal
5 = Sawyer South Freight Terminal
6 = Uran Freight Terminal
7 = FJW Freight Terminal
8 = JSI Freight Terminal
Disable the "Default Cargo Missions" addon before using this.
