Handy Lantern Retexture - Rustic

[b]This mod changes the handy lantern texture from seeki's great mod "[url=https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2808047855]Handy Lantern[/url]" to a rustic texture that is more suited to medieval play, and changes the lantern's TechLevel from Industrial to Medieval.[/b]
It also adds integration with [url=https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3219596926]Medieval Overhaul[/url].

- [u]Added a dedicated equipment layer for lanterns to allow them to be used in conjunction with other utilities[/u]

- [u]Lanterns are now actually visible on Pawns' bodies when they are wearing them[/u]
