Changes the grid size of the 2x2 Nightvision goggles to 1x1.

The original mod appears abandoned and is no longer compatible with 0.18+ The original license allows freedom to freely use, make changes, and distribute the mod so I made a few simple tweaks to the info.json file to make it compatible with 0.18. and 1.0.
For now the mod is working but I am not a coder so I cannot guarantee compatibility as future updates with Factorio roll out and I cannot really provide any support for this mod if it becomes broken or does not work for you.
