ps. I made this mod because I couldn't be asked to keep going back and forwards assigning roles, especially when assigning a role to someone by accident, who then goes and botches everything.
Update: 1.0.2 - The optimizer now compares colonists against each other instead of using fixed thresholds, so a colonist with Mining 4 gets Priority 1 if they're the best miner in the colony (× 3.0 specialisation boost), ensuring the most capable colonist for each task is always prioritized regardless of absolute skill level.
