What is this?
This is a remake of the Gunlink Ignore Accuracy Maluses that applies its functionality to implants. You can apply the same functionality to other implants.
By default, it only allows the Archotech eye to ignore the accuracy penalty from bad weather and smoke.
Additionally, you can easily apply the same functionality to other implants, prostheses, bionics, drugs and hediffs—even those from other mods—using the mod option.

Why make this mod?
An artificial eye built by an archotech. It perceives every type of electromagnetic radiation, including radio waves, infrared, light, x-rays, and gamma rays. Its visual acuity is precise enough to read handwriting from twenty meters away. It can emit various wavelengths of radiation like a flashlight, and has an internal subpersona AI which helps highlight useful visual information. Its internal workings are a mystery to all human minds.
Given the Archotech eye's description, why should it not ignore the accuracy penalty from bad weather and smoke?
