Vanilla Expanded Cannons are unlocked with Match
Makes the VFE Pirates cannon require Matchlocks research instead of only smithing.
I always felt like it was weird that we got a cannon so early, it doesn't really fit an early neolithic tribe to have a whole cannon.
VFE Medieval 2 adds a matchlock research, I think cannon fits well into this research.
Also, since matchlock is more valuable, I elevated the research cost from 600 to 1100.
