What is this?
This is a mostly developer/tinkerer focused mod that lets you bind commands from your developer palette to keys on your keyboard. There is also a mod option to let you have the binds work even outside of developer mode.
Why was this made?
Here are some examples of what makes this useful.

[*] If you have the mod option enabled for it, you can now quickly run thousands of potential functions even outside of developer mode.
[*] If you are a streamer, you can quickly react to donations by activating functions even while not using dev-mode.
[*] You can attach advanced game functions to hardware like a Stream Deck, so your friend or yourself can control the game from a dashboard.
[*] If you are a developer, you can run advanced tests very quickly by stringing together hotkeys.
