This mod adds three new materials: Hemosteel, Hemostrand and Hemolith.
Hemosteel:
Refined at the Biofuel refinery, it can turn the blood of your enemies (or own colonist, I don't judge) into a material close to plasteel.
Beware that building a stockpile is hard, as the ratio is 1 for 1, with a 400 tick workload (as it is kind of a renewable/infinite plasteel).
The recipe is unlocked with the Deathrest research.
Technically, you will only need about 50 pawns worth of hemogen packs to build a sword. This still means that you have to wait about 136 days with a single "donor" to collect the 100 required Hemosteel.
Hemostrand:
Also refined at the Biofuel refinery, but its stats are close to Hyperweave's.
It is also hard to build a stockpile for exactly the same reasons.
Hemolith:
An ingenious combination of crystallized hemogen and jade that enables this substance to absorb the heat from psychic powers.
Although it has a large HP multiplier, its blunt and sharp resistance is comparable to that of steel. Because of this, it is a beautiful (but flammable) alternative to Hemosteel or even Plasteel if building walls.
It uses a bit of jade to refine it at the Biofuel refinery.
Compatible with:
Combat Extended
Slothborn Nocturne
VRE Sanguophage
Tell me in the comment below if there is another blood equivalent that I should turn into hemosteel!
