This is rebalance of the Weapon Tech mod by Janson. This requires the latest Weapon Tech mod to be loaded in the load order, with Rebalanced following it.
The goal of WT Rebalanced is to diversify the ranged weapons, provide a smooth power progression through the research tree, and give both players and the AI more tactical options in combat.
