S.S seeks was built in 1927 for the tam transports. It and her 2 sisters were used to transport people around the English channel. She could carry 20 people, 16 passengers and 4 crew. On her 3rd crossing, she was around a mile from 1 of her sisters, the lily, when the lily turned over in a storm, the seeks saved all but 4 of her passengers and crew. in 1940 she was used to transport troops and supplies when she was attacked by a U-boat. She was stopped and told to get her passengers off. After leaving the ship, the U-boat fired her deck gun, taking her down with 2 deaths after she sank.
