A mod that optimizes TPS with multiple and pawn
every animals and plants outside of your map, stop using ticks, plants in colony grow every 5 minutes (18000 ticks) but they grow in background so they just update every 5 minutes, and every pawn other than your colonist get aged every 10 minutes
