Added several new weapons for the Separatist
Mainly to replenish the 7.62*54r and the weapons for the Separatist sniper line.
The Mosin-Nagant bolt moves. The maximum firing rate is 50 rounds per minute. The firing rate increases with the level of the skill.
Mosin-Nagant Archangel kit: Maximum firing rate is 60 rounds per minute. The firing rate increases as the skill level rises.
Mosin-Nagant Obrez, firing rate 40 rounds/minute. Will get injured if skills are insufficient.
AVT-40 Automatic Rifle, firing rate 600, will get injured if skills are insufficient.
OSISS 12.7*108 sniper rifle, uses 127108 magazine, does not require HBM Star, but also has no thermal imaging.

7.62*54r type bridge clip, 5 rounds, for Mosin gun, with SVD sniper bullet properties
AVT-40 magazine, 20 rounds, for AVT use, with the properties of regular PKP ammunition.
