Finn harmony (Modded)

Needs infinte electric!!!! MS Finn Harmony MS Finn Harmony is a cruise ferry that operates for Finnish Ferries. The Ship was delivered in 1987. It has serviced many routes along the Baltic Sea, connecting Finland, Åland Islands, and Sweden. Her home port is Mariehamn, Åland Islands. History The ship was built in 1987 and started operating on the Helsinki-Mariehamn-Stockholm route With the slightly older Finn Majesty. The ship entered service and replaced another ship operating on that route called MS Finn Maiden(Built in 1981) The Finn Maiden was the sister to Finn Majesty Finn Harmony, which had better layout designs and updated passenger areas, symbolized the modernization of Finnish Ferries' service from Helsinki to Stockholm during the end of the 1980s. In 1992 the Finn Opera, which is Finn harmony's sistership, replaced the Finn Majesty on the same route. After this change in the Finnish Ferry fleet, Finn Harmony remained on the same route. In 1997, the MS Finn Harmony was permanently switched to the Turku-Stockholm route, thus sailing along the Finn Majesty once again. This was based on Finnish Ferries putting a new, larger ferry into service on the Helsinki-stockholm route. Throughout its life, the ship has been subject to several refits with the aim of ensuring compliance with safety as well as enhancing reliability. Like most of the vessels constructed during this era, the reworks undertaken on Finn Harmony concentrated on the technical parts and on the interior, tho the style of the interior was kept vintage. Incidents During her long operation, MS Finn Harmony has registered a small number of incidents, which would be expected in a ship of her age and type. Car deck fire incident During the 1990s, there was smoke that was detected on the car deck due to a mechanical problem with one of the vehicles crossing. The crew quickly acted, and the safety features on board were deployed. The incident was resolved without any injuries and structural damage. Loss of electric power In the early 2000s, the Finn Harmony briefly blacked out while it was maneuvering at the port. The power came back quickly, but no damage was observed. Repairs were made based on the findings that came from inspection. Design and development Finn Harmony was built to be functional, comfortable and reliable. She was slightly bigger compared to other ships in the Finnish Ferries fleet, measuring 90 meters long and 16.25 meters wide. The extra five meters in length compared to the slightly older Finn majesty, coupled with the use of bow doors rather than the conventional visor, made it possible for the superstructure to be extended further ahead. This longer superstructure enabled the ship to offer greater space inside the ship. The ship is configured into eight decks as follows: Decks 1-2: Machinery spaces and technical areas below the waterline, cheap cabins Decks 3–4: Car deck Decks 5 – 7: These decks hold the cabins and lounges of the passengers. Deck 8: Bridge deck containing navigation equipment and crew facilities This enabled Finn Harmony to provide efficient vessel operation as well as enhanced passenger comfort, so that she was suited to both overnight and shorter Baltic cruises. Interiors MS Finn Harmony has been known for preserving a mostly retro interior design scheme typical for late 1980s Baltic ferries in its design all along its existence. The refits done on the ship through the years covered mostly maintenance and small comfort upgrades rather than any renovation works, except one in the early 2000's where most of her interior spaces were redesigned. Original details such as wood-colored paneling, patterned carpets, traditional lounge seating are retained. The effect of this is that there is a traditional ambience on board the ship that is different from that of the modern ships. Facilities Onboard facilities provided for passenger and crew use on MS Finn Harmony are spread between Decks 5 to 7: Deck 5: Information desk, Tax Free Store, and Passenger cabins. Deck 6: Main public areas, which include a buffet restaurant, à la carte restaurant, night club, and a pub. Deck 7: Bar and cabins for crew and passengers. Sister ship MS Finn Harmony has one sister ship, MS Finn Opera, using a slightly modified design, built for Finnish Ferries. This pair of ferries has the same hull design, deck plan, and operating principles, indicating the standardized design trend for ferries in the late 1980s. Comparative characteristics between the sister ships Finn Opera has a Skybar, which is midship on Deck 8, featuring a raised lounge area for passengers with overview views. It is absent on the Finn Harmony, where the space is used for the frbs' and outdoor seating. Visually, the two ships feature different paint schemes that reflect the evolution of the Finnish Ferries branding. The Finn Opera has received an updated paint scheme, while the Finn Harmony has maintained its original paint scheme. Internally, the Finn Opera had updated interior designs, featuring current materials, lighting, and furnishings. On the other hand, the Finn Harmony maintained the majority of their original interior designs from the late 1980s, thus giving her the characteristic traditional onboard ambiance. Current status Currently, MS Finn Harmony is in operation with Finnish Ferries on the route from Turku to Stockholm through Mariehamn. Although it has been around for some years, it is still appreciated for its reliability and charm as a ferry. Engines: The engine switches are in the back of the bridge, to get the engines started increase the throttle by a bit. Do not put pitch to 100 before the engines have started. Once the engines have started you can slowly start increasing the pitch To get moving put the pitch to 25 or above Important!!!! The better water mod may deactivate after reloading a world, just create a new world to fix this issue(nothing I can do) You need to spawn the ship with mission editor, if you spawn it with the workbench some parts will not load Credits: Makki: building the ship Odotusvohveli: Deco, help, microcontrollers https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561199212408772/myworkshopfiles/?appid=573090 Cludde: support, tips Stormworks passanger marine server: support Boat on screenshots: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3352661088&searchtext=scout+cruiser Bridge systems: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3157661784&searchtext=leaf+marine Engine controller: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2416132817&searchtext=ze+engine+controller Autopilot: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1584578096&searchtext=4x3+Autopilot
