Shuttle Start for Mechanitor

This patch mod changes the Mechanitor start from using a drop pod approach to having the mechanitor standing around with an empty shuttle nearby. Nothing else in the Mechanitor scenario is changed by this mod. It was brought to my attention that the way scenarios work was causing shuttles to not be considered the player's shuttle. To counter this, I made the shuttle claimable by the player. This could have unforeseen side effects, but I didn't personally encounter any issues when I tested it. If you want to use the shuttle in your own scenario through the in-game editor, you will unfortunately have to build off of this scenario to have the shuttle. What I'm doing in this mod is basically just tricking Rimworld's code into not doing the check to see if the shuttle can be added via scenario parts, but I don't do anything to the check itself so the shuttle is still normally banned.
