The Ultra Republic Navy needed a ship to remotely monitor and control other vehicles, so they created the URN Comman Ship Mk1 which is capable of defending itself and commanding other vehicles.

What you probably came for:
This ship does indeed control others, it can not control any other vehicle but rather ones specifically designed to be controlled, such as the Kamikaze boat and the recon plane in the collection (specifically recon planes camera). It can control/monitor up to 2 vehicles at once (if you have yourself and a friend) allowing you to take part in a fight while at a safe distance.

1x Heavy autocannon main armament
2x side mounted machine guns
2x Sam sites with 2 missiles each so 4x radar missiles for air and sea
Propulsion:
The ship is equipped with 2 medium modular engines allowing it to reach 25 knts in ideal conditions.
