Design and History Greatly inspired by the novel and movie "The Sand Pebbles."
History
Built for the Yangtze River Patrol in 1919, Rio, A steel-hulled gunboat serviced the Yangtze River in the 1920s in a harsh political climate. Armed with a 5in cannon and 3 deck-mounted machine guns, Rio was capable of holding it's own against the primitive junks and boarding parties that it would encounter. After a relatively uneventful career, Events conspired resulting in a last ditch stand off of Changsha which resulted in crew losses and the decommissioning of the vessel a few months later. Rio was reduced to scrap by spring of 1933.

Start-up

[*] Enter the engine room and turn on every breaker except the Back-Up Battery.
[*] Ignite both boilers, once up to pressure, open the steam valves on the front of the boiler
[*] Reenter the engine room and open the dynamo throttle fully. this is CRUCIAL.
[*] Engine Throttle - 0.05 for dead slow, 0.10 for slow, 0.15 for half, 1 for full
[*] Reverse is located at the front of the engine, look for a grey knub, you'll find it.

Notes
This took 100 hours and naturally some error will be made. If something is genuinely wrong with the build, please let me know. I do not want people telling me to add this or add that or make it fast and so on. Everything obvious is by design.
To use the steam whistle, make sure the release valve in the catwalk of the boiler room is open.
I used Alistair's XML Rocket weights for buoyance.
