Most Immortality/Essential/Plot Armor mods i've found were either Buggy, Cheaty (You can craft the item) or simply unfit for general purposes they might be used for.
I've decided to create my own solution to the problem by making a mod that adds a few types of immortality, that are put in a convenient uncraftable set of syringes for whatever use they may be needed for.
Unstoppable

(Just Miracle Worker + Pressure Immune)
Immortal
(Implacable + Miracle Worker + Pressure Immune)
Divine
(Implacable + Miracle Worker + Immense Regen + Pressure Immune)
