All three have their baseChance set to 0.
Load Order
Place below Anomaly DLC (above optional Odyssey DLC is fine).
Compatibility
Generally compatible. Works fine in my 300+ mod list.
Notes
I kept small shambler attacks so you still know you’re playing Anomaly.(JK)
Also prevents encyclopedia lock, and small attacks are easy to handle.
