[*] [b]Global Work Speed Bonus:[/b] Each completed research increases the Global Work Speed of all your colonists. - Default: +5% per research. - Total Potential: +100% speed increase (Double speed!) upon completing all 20 tiers. [*] [b]Balanced Progression:[/b] Costs start at 5,000 and increase by 5,000 for each step, reaching 100,000 for the final tech. This is designed as a late-game resource sink.
