Name Breakdown:
TARGE is a mix of Tug and Barge, since the boat acts like a Tug Boat, and I wanted to make a Barge. PFS stands for Pressurized Fuel System, since it's my first boat to incorporate one.

Manual:
Note: I'm sure you would know how to run this big boy, but there are some buttons/switches that are not clear what they do.
Cab:
-Push Button - Emergency Fuel Tank Pressurization Gas, this increases the pressure in the fuel tanks temporarily by sending oxygen in to them, this is so if the engines cant start due to lack of pressure in the fuel tanks.
Crane:
-Toggle Button/Hotkey - Crane Storage Lock, this turns on and off the crane storage, whether it locks the crane in place or not (the crane storage is the electric connector on the top of the cab).

Warning:
Note: They're are some things that I was unable to fix, so be aware of these issues.
-Crane Extension getting stuck on Retract or Extend, FIX: Retract fully and extend, multiple times, or respawn the boat.
