"Sunset" Sport Luxury Catamaran.
This is the Sunset luxury sport yacht. It has plenty of power to get you around quickly! This is a build for a friendly challenge me and my friends have going. I'll keep it short and sweet and go over some of its features.
The "Hey look at me!" bits:
4 Full control RGB zones, which can be found on the passenger seat of the ship.
Light up nameplate, controlled in the same location.
A Flip up TV found in the rear passenger area.
The "Techy" bits:
Radar/sonar unit
Fishfinder
Touchscreen GPS
Weather station
All controlled to the left of the drivers seat.
Performance specs:
6 Medium Engines
3 Speed gearbox controls are found to the left of the steering wheel labeled "Go fast" , and "Go faster"
cruises around 70-75 knots, give or take, depends on waves.
OPERATING!
Turn on the fuel and water pumps located to the right of the steering wheel.
Hold the Start until engines fire.
Set the prop pitch to full.
when ready set clutch to full and adjust throttle as needed.
when up to full speed in the first gear select "Go faster" to well, go faster, and same with the next gear, be sure to be FULL throttle before activating the 2nd button.
After some testing I have found about 93 % on drive engage and .27 on trim adjustment is actually optimal. only adjust trim positive when at above 30 knots or the rear hull will drop to far in the water and cause air to go in the ram air ducts. with this being said it can see increased speeds, I have personally seen up to 103 knots in calm to light choppy water.
