Harmony Fix for Drug Response and Tenants.
This mod patch fix has been provided to enable compatibility between the above mods.
Following changes made to add medical drug use to the tenants in the Tenants mod this compatibility mod now allows tenants to only respond where medical drugs are being applied.
Note
There is a mod option to control if Drug Response is applied to tenants. This is set "off" by default, so needs to be turned on to allow for tenants to respond. This has been applied like this to maintain continuity with the old functionality of simply excluding tenants.
