This MOD is for 1.0 and 1.1. I wrote it from scratch using patching for 1.2 and called Smokeleaf Nerfed. It has no textures as that was the most wished for thing in this mod, no textures.

This MOD was created to more closely reflect how someone I know is affected by the use of smokeleaf on Earth. They get creative with a small energy boost. Music is clearer and fainter sounds are more defined. The effects of its use are not all day long as Vanilla RIM would have it, but only a couple/few hours or so, less with tolerance. So this MOD reflects this in the following ways:
Changes to Vanilla Smokeleaf are as follows:
Reduced mood buff from use from 13 to 10.
Reduced mood buff from withdrawal from -20 to -10.
Consume stats:
Metabolism 115%
Moving 115%
Consciousness 115%
Hearing 115%
Pain 80%
Withdrawal stats:
Metabolism 90%
Moving 95%
Consciousness 90%
Reduced Addictiveness 50%
Reduced the length of activeness about 60% to 3 hours each use for the non tolerant. Activeness is reduced with the increase of tolerance. The more you use, the higher tolerance, the less time it is active.
Reduced Tolerance about 60% as Vanilla is set so high that 1 a day causes tolerance to build up.
The ability to contract lung diseases from excessive use is still present due to actual smoke in the lungs causing it, but since tolerance and addictiveness have been brought down they happen less quickly than Vanilla would have them.
MOD Incompatabilities:
Any MOD that edits smokeleaf, as this is a very small MOD editing two XML files and replacing a few images.
