This item is a "sprinkler" which fires a stream of hot steam after activation. Its purpose is mainly to kill ballast flora after you drained your ballast tank and cut off power. But because it is steam, it actually works without pumping out the water before. Yay. And because it is steam it wont start a fire. Yay.
It dont needs any fuel, it works with a hot copper coil which gets heated up in seconds from your good old reactor and therefor needs 200KW power if switched on.
It needs 2 steel, 1 copper and 1 FPGA element to fabricate.
Oh, in case you got covered in that stream of super hot steam, here's some advice the lab boys gave me: DO NOT get covered in the stream of super hot steam!
