Added some auto turrets for colonist

Important: If you encounter an issue where floating turrets fail to restore upon loading a save, please enable the Experimental Data Recovery function in the mod settings then reload save.
Most turrets are balanced with vanilla.
Also has a [b]Imbalanced Mode[/b], if you think the turrets are too weak, turn it on and enjoy.
The maximum installation count can be adjusted in the settings. Default: 4.
