Improves info display for both tamed and wild animals.
Adds the following features:

[*] Minimum handling skill added to Wildlife tab
[*] Minimum handling skill added to Animals tab
[*] VEF custom resource production added to all animal info cards
[*] Patches Fluffy's Animal Tab to display VEF custom resource production

The mod works fine without Fluffy's Animal Tab but you won't get any resource progress on the vanilla Animal tab.
Tested with Alpha Animals, but should work with any mod adding animals that use VEF's custom resource production.
Should be compatible with just about everything, please report any bugs or feel free to suggest improvements.
