Adds a military/steampunk flavoured maid outfit, using similar stats to the Flak Jacket, along with a formal sabre weapon.
The dress requires the Flak Armour tech and is made on the machining bench, the sword is made in the smithy.
A seperate dyeable version is available, the original material will affect the colour when it is first made however.
Supports base female body type, thin, and male.
