Tactical purpose: Force projection. Absolute superiority. Destruction of strategic targets of any category in any underwater environment.
The Titan is a mobile deep-sea citadel that embodies the philosophy of the Military PMCs: any task has a solution if sufficient, irresistible force is applied. Created without regard to inter-coalition agreements or budgetary constraints of government projects, the EX-09 represents the peak of private military-industrial development. His goal is not to patrol or protect, but to dominate and erase from the map of theaters of war everything that will be designated by the Military command as a target.
Constructive principles:
Abyssal Fortress: The body of the Titan is designed around heavy-duty titanium-carbide composites and the principle of spherical reinforcement. The working diving depth of 5,500 meters is not the limit, but the calculated working environment. It is designed to withstand not only tremendous pressure, but also a direct hit from most known types of underwater weapons. It's a floating rock.

The first layer (Suppression/Cleaning up)
3 x Pulsed lasers with increased capacity: Used not for pinpoint strikes, but to create continuous zones of overwhelming energy fire. They are able to "sterilize" the area from small fauna, sensors, torpedoes and light equipment, blinding and disorienting the enemy.
Second layer (Kinetic Destruction)
3 x Hammerhead Chain Guns: Reinforced, rapid-fire versions of standard guns. They are designed to methodically destroy fortifications, fleets of medium-class ships and turn any biological target into mincemeat at a line-of-sight distance. They operate in the mode of automatic multiple rocket launchers on squares.
The third layer (Absolute defeat/A symbol of power):
1 x Railgun "Judicator": A weapon that has no analogues in terms of caliber and power in the non-governmental sector. It is capable of firing projectiles with kinetic energy sufficient to penetrate the basalt bottom or fracture the hull of any known megafauna or warship with a single hit. Its presence makes Titan a walking strategic argument.
Automation and crew:
As with modern analogues, an automatic megawatt-class nuclear reactor and a full-cycle automatic battery system are used. However, given the size and complexity of the systems, the minimum crew has been increased. The standard staff includes at least 10-12 Military operators, engineers, and security officers, whose main task is not routine management, but strategic decision-making and maintenance of unique weapons.
