XP Catchup

A simple but effective XP/Level catchup mod based on current campaign progression.

As you get further in a campaign, players below level thresholds will be automatically leveled up when embarking into a mission outside of a station.
This effectively means new players (or significantly behind players) can gain still have a chance to play with talents when joining an existing campaign.

This mod is purely xml based and does no overrides so should be very compatible with the majority of mods.

Level Up Values:
( Level Difficulty: This is a stat that the game uses to track campaign progression.)
2 Levels - Level Difficulty: 15 - Start of biome 2.
3 Levels - Level Difficulty: 27 - Roughly halfway through biome 2.
4 Levels - Level Difficulty: 35 - Start of biome 3.
5 Levels - Level Difficulty: 42 - Roughly halfway through biome 3.
6 Levels - Level Difficulty: 50 - Start of biome 4.
7 Levels - Level Difficulty: 58 - Roughly halfway through biome 4.
8 Levels - Level Difficulty: 69(nice) - Start of biome 5.
10 Levels - Level Difficulty: 75 - Roughly halfway through biome 5.
