The MK-III, or "King Caution" is a large attack submarine with over 10 turrets and special safety features that other subs might not have. The creater was a wealthy captain who knew a guy, which is all you'll need to know. The Captain's name was Murray Parker, and he invented a reactor that somehow doesn't eat fuel when fuel is applied.
