Makes thirst and hunger unable to kill you, but de-buffs still apply!
Also reduces the maximum amount of hunger and thirst you can receive, adds the drunk walk and run animation while starving and being parched, and hides the thirst and hunger affliction until they pass the threshold where they start doing things.
