sound replacing mod for Ssparky's Gunnery, inspired by Submarine Weapon Sound Makeover and using the same sound library
please note this mod overrides part of ssparky's gun files because there is no other way to replace or extend item sounds currently outside of invasive per-item overwrites like this. if ssparky's updates but this mod doesn't, there may be bugs. i'll try to keep things up to date
what's the idea behind sounds?
- plasma cannon: relic entertainment's warhammer 40k space marine plasma cannon firing sound + a bloopy sound mixed in
- pac: big bassy laser and beepy boopier chargesound. idea being the makeover pulse laser, but bigger
- gauss cannon: same base fire sound as makeover's coilgun, mixed with an extra heavier gauss sound afterwards
- mlrs: fwoosh mechanical missile sound with some variant sounds
