Unofficial UI fix for Milira Race.
Fixes an issue where pawns with Skyfeathered Church royal titles cannot access the Church permit page. The permit tab may stay on the default Empire faction, show "Current title: None", and hide the faction switch button.
This patch uses Harmony to make the permit card select the Skyfeathered Church faction when the pawn has a valid Church title.
Does not include Milira Race assets. Milira Race is required.

这是一个临时解决许可页面切换按钮不出现导致无法使用天羽教会许可的补丁。
我已经在原作者下留言了，如果原作者更新了我就删了。
我不知道为什么没有人提到这个BUG，可能我是个例。
