Hook the circuit up to a bunch of "condition out" pins. A terminal command returns a dynamic list of installations which are damaged (below 50% condition) and destroyed (at 0% condition). Useful for drones, because you can't directly access the status monitor of another ship while undocked from each other (which is super annoying).
This also could be used as part of another circuit with some work, like making it broadcast to a radio channel when things are added to the list or something.
