This is a pretty simple ticking bomb... that doesn't actually tick and the timer seems to work slightly inaccurately (expect it to explode earlier than it should if the timer has been set to more than 30 seconds).
WARNING: THE BOMB CANNOT BE DEFUSED AFTER PRESSING THE "EXPLODE" BUTTON! (unless you put it underwater before the countdown reaches 10 seconds or so)
