Original mod notes (1.4):
Adds juggling balls as new joy item. They are able to be built in the architect -> recreation tab or bought from traders at a low price. If your colonists find some free time, they can sharpen their hand-eye coordination (shooting) skills while increasing joy.
Known bugs: [not verified in 1.6]
Sometimes when the juggle balls are placed, Allow Tool throws an error. It has never been problematic for me, but let me know in the comments if something else goes wrong.
